AI-driven posture therapy that replaces expensive clinic visits
Posture therapy is usually limited to expensive clinics — inaccessible for many, despite posture affecting daily health and confidence. The bet was that a phone camera and computer vision could replace the clinic's specialized equipment: a scan detects posture deviations, presents them as clear visuals instead of raw clinical data, and an AI generates a personalized therapy plan in under a minute. Because a health assessment from an app is a harder sell than one from a clinician, the design had to work as hard on building trust as on the diagnosis itself.

A two-sided e-bike courier platform
Just Ride runs a fleet of rental e-bikes that couriers use to fulfil deliveries — really two products in one: a courier who needs three taps and clear numbers, and a fleet operator managing hundreds of bikes and multiple partner organizations (Just Ride, Motto, Speedbek) across a whole city. The admin panel is built around organizations as the top-level unit, with bikes, tariffs and couriers nested underneath, so the same system stays legible across every partner fleet.
